Great experience!  Gabriel waited on us and he was great.  Very patient and knowledgeable.  We transferred 3 phones from Verizon to xfinity.   Would definitely go there again.  Great service!

I went in today to pay my bill & I needed change back so I could not use the kiosk. I waited with my twin 4 yr olds for 8 people ahead of me to go to the counter to tell me they don't have change. Mind you it was only $20 I needed back. So I asked why bother taking payments at the counter if you can't make change. Shouldn't they have money from other payments made ? The girl says you can go in a store to see if they'll change it. Wow thanks lady!! So I went got change & ended up using the kiosk anyways after waiting all that time before. Then I got a sarcastic "Have a nice day" on the way out. Not helpful or friendly in my opinion.

Disorganized and confusing.  You walk in and it's unclear what you need to do unless another customer points it out to you.  Long wait times.  Customer service reps continually try to sell products to you or convince you to upgrade.
