Comcast Service Center

Staff was very helpful and friendly always had a smile and knew what they were talking about. The customer service rep that helped me was very informative and gave me his best service! I believe his name was Jaime!! Such a handsome chinese man!!

I’m sitting outside right now. I bought my own cable modem and I brought back my old one. First the lady at the desk thought that she wouldn’t have to help me because I wouldn’t have the MAC address etc. but I had all that. She put that in the computer but then she said the model that I bought was not in the database despite the fact that I found it through the Comcast website. I then went to the online chat with Xfinity/Comcast and they helped me. At the end I said can you please update the database in Newburyport to that they have the modem. The lady basically said we have the same database . So you might not be getting the All-Star team if you go to this center. I do recommend the online chat it’s a lot easier than being on the phone and the lady was quite helpful. I would say the major function of the office in Newburyport is just to bring old stuff in. Do your business online or over the phone first

The service itself is wonderful! I didn't want to leave Comcast.... But their prices are out of control!!! If Comcast lowered their prices I'd switch back in a 💓 heart beat!!!!!

I HATE to give a corporate monopoly 5 stars, but Mike B really cared to help me convert to a personal modem-router. He ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK. Amazing work, y'all.
