The company has potential to be great I worked for them oct 2017 in the Vero beach FL office. i quit due to lack of communication and disrespect from the dispatch sup. but they get complaints and unsatisfied customers alot. And not because of the technicians but because of management and dispatch don't have anything in order to guide the techs. and communication between Dispatchers , techs, And sups is horrible, of course it will reflect on the technician that company will take a nose dive quickly.

Hands down the worst cable contractor out there. Management is a joke, pay sucks, bribe their way into contracts, horrible communication. They need to go! Stay aware!!!!

I have worked at J&L for about eight years now . I can honestly say it is about the best company I have ever work for. The owners take an active part in the day to day and actually do care about thirty people. I would recommend this company to other people

Work order was wrong. Tech refused to provide requested service, refused to contact customer service to straighten out the problem and was rude. Told the tech to leave immediately.

May 19 7:15AM, truck number 389 used right hand turn lane ONLY to by pass 6 cars in traffic cut back in front of traffic going straight. This was at the light at western Ave and Irving street in front of the Fire house. Then two lights down at Dennison's crossing RTE 135 Waverly Street and Beaver street truck number 389 got in the left hand ONLY lane and forced two cars to a stop on the railroad tracks to cut back in and go to the right. Not a company I would want in my house as they seem very reckless.
