I just wanted information on the program but I wasn't making any decisions until I spoke with my husband who was away for 2 weeks. The person that came to my door set me up with an info session and the rep said they need to assess my roof to see if I qualify. They said they would be doing a soft credit check and I said OK. We decided not go to through with the program and cancelled further appointments. Checked my credit report and they did a hard inquiry not a soft. Contacted them about this and did not get a response. You sign 10k things and they explain it while you sign. I would read for yourself and not trust what they say it says.
