National Grid

Dear National Grid, I think some of the employees of national grid should be disgusted with themselves with their empty condolences. I had to explain that my fiancé died at 23 of a heroin overdose and found him after work. I had to go over that five times and okay and just saying unfortunately you signed up for the bills to come out of your bank account. Oh, my bad I should just blame myself and get no understanding from your company. I didn't even call to get extensions I just paid them which you think would matter didn't ask for any extension because of a death or anything so I’m going to pay 75 dollars out of my account that has nothing it. So unfortunately, I'm stuck with a company that "I signed up for” that I want nothing to do with at all. By the way your team leader was the one who said unfortunately that’s what I signed up for by putting my bank on file with your company. Well sorry I didn’t think my fiancé would be dead in less than a year. I truly feel there are murders out there with more empathy than your company has showed me. Every single company I have had to deal with since his death have been more than sincere and helpful in any way. You are the only company that gave me nothing but grief and more problems when I have enough to deal with as it is. I will make sure I tell every person I come in contact with about the customer support, understanding, and sincerity you guys seriously lack. When you have a tragic loss in your life try calling national grid and see how understanding they are to you.

They can’t change our meter for digital, because they keep forgetting to bring with them matching adaptor. This situation lasts for half year(

For some reason the works think it's appropriate to idle outside of somebody's house at 11 at night like people don't have jobs to wake up early to go to! Way to milk the clock guy
