Solar Five®

I am still in the process of installing solar, so this is my ‘process review.’ I spoke to 2 solar companies prior to Solar Five. Solar City, who were aggressive initially and then just simply disappeared after 2 home visits and a six-figure quote, and a local company that I really liked, but the explanations weren’t clear enough for a person that doesn’t speak the language. Then I spoke to Trevor Fiske at Solar 5, and quite honestly, he answered my questions before I could ask them. The educational piece of it was key to me. This is an investment I will pay for up front, so I needed facts and reassurance, and I needed to feel really comfortable with the decision. So, so far, so good! We will do some roof repairs, and then the panels go up! Between my lower electric bill and SRECS, the investment will pay for itself in 6 years, and my commitment to the earth will last far beyond that😊🌎

I was interested in going solar, but afraid that the initial set-up would be a little more than I could handle. Between the financing and the thought of my perfect roof being interfered with, the task was daunting. However, I spent some time with the representatives of Solar Five and realized that they were prepared to walk me through the process. I found their employees to be knowledgeable about solar energy and its benefits and very easy to communicate with. All the information was provided up front and there was plenty of time given to discuss the pros and cons of the installation and the financing. In the end, my perfect roof is more perfect with the solar panels in place. They made the financing affordable and convenient. They were considerate of my time and my home. My bills to the electric company have been "zero dollars" for the last 6 months and energy has been being pumped back into the grid. I am very happy with my decision and wish I had moved sooner. However, without the help of the Solar Five sales team and their technical staff, I would probably still be thinking about about going solar. Their business plan really worked for me.

Incredible in every aspect - Excellent - 5-star from initial contact, detail explanation, value, timeliness of install and the support team. Going solar is unbelievably a wise financial decision. Solar production yields sufficient to more than offset electric bills - After 3 months we are at a negative $180 with National Grid and have paid nothing to them. The SRECs should begin to be coming shortly and with provide added income. Along with Fed and State tax credits, this will be a zero cost system - and lead to zero electric bills. Can't wait to when we get an electric car and can drive for free. Solar Five team is First Class, A-1 in my book.

We are very happy with Solar 5 and their employees. From beginning to end they were very helpful in all the questions we had and they did a fantastic job on the solar installation. We own our panels which is a huge benefit to us. They explained in detail each step and were in constant contact with us. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in solar power contact Solar 5 first. You will be very happy.

Excellent customer service, and the most intelligent solar company I've worked with. I waited 8 months to write this review to ensure that it was a worthy investment. Now I know that putting solar panels on my roof was a decision that will be good for the earth and my wallet.
