National Grid

Shutoff electric to disabled individual for $ 120 past due (we misplaced the bill) no courtesy, no compassion just harless corporate automated greed. No wonder that our Constitution can not protect us from the wrongdoings of corporations who spread like a cancer through the once healthy society. Shame on you National Grid!

National Grid is one of the worst companies out there. When I had a dispute with my apartment where they would not acknowledge the fact that we pay the electricity for the a/c when it's "free" on the lease agreement. In fact, they told me to contact National Grid. Once National Grid was contacted, they gave me a runaround since that's the leasing office's problem. National Grid would not tell me why my bill is so high. All in all, this problem is just two companies blaming each other like idiots. Now, I can't (and will not) use the a/c anymore because they overcharge it.

THEY SUCK !!! They shut my electricity off at 2:30pm on a heat wave day with my young children in my home!! I called asap to make a payment plan.. as soon as the woman gets in the phone she starts talking about yea yea I know how it is to be a single parent and it happens .. blah blah blah.. not easy .. well how would you like to make this payment?? No sympathy at all!! Good thing IM NOT a single parent and I had extra cash .. they suck !!!

So I had my power disconnected yesterday afternoon, I got on the phone with them find out why, made a payment to have it reconnected and never was. Now comes today still no power I get on the phone to find out why and that I just brought home my newborn son and was told my power would reconnected during the 24hr time period of the disconnect time which was at 2:30pm yesterday afternoon, at the time of this review it's well past that 24hr time period and still no power!!!!! taking my family to a hotel for what looks like the WHOLE $&@%ing weekend because they don't work weekends... are you $&@%ing kidding!!!
