Boston Solar

Now this is exactly what you would expect (and want) a solar company to be like. Awesome from sales (Dan through the individual acct rep (Sana), specialty area engineers (like electrical guys). Even when the winter storms damaged some of my panels, one call was all that was needed! They had those panels replaced within 2 days! Always professional, always friendly. always helpful and as the result??? I am a happy customer forever! So glad I chose Boston Solar

Highly recommend. Great company, they worked with me to explain and answer any of my questions. Also their customer service is great, generally very punctual email replies. John the sales rep I spoke with was awesome, very friendly and informative and patient. Also Sana my point of contact was also fantastic, she was able to answer my questions and even called a couple roofers on my behalf to inquire about roofing warranties with panel installs. The install and electrician crews they had were professional, friendly and did their work very quickly. Had a couple of scheduling issues, once due to weather/day after the super bowl, but installers still finished the job that week. Then second issue was a miscommunication with solar rep for building inspector walk through, needed to be rescheduled, they apologized and worked on rescheduling. Everyone I spoke with or worked with was great. Overall though very happy with the company and so far everything seems to be going how they said it would.

Thank goodness for Boston Solar! I recently moved into my new house and felt immediately that solar would be an option. I got a guy going door to door that made a good case. I was sold on it but I got a second opinion. Boston Solar came in with more powerful brand name equipment and used HALF the space of the other company on my roof to get the same power output. That saved me money on my overall project. Boston Solar also informed me about the SRECs and the money they would generate that the other company wanted me to sign over to them for NOTHING! I also got about $5000 off my loan because of solar loan incentives that I wasn't getting with the other company because they wanted me to use their lender. I nearly paid more and was going to make some company a windfall but thanks to Boston Solar, that windfall came to me! To top that all off, their sales rep Tom and customer service rep Sana were great to work with and guided me through the entire project. Never was a question without a quick and detailed response. The process had a few more steps in it than I thought before I actually went live but its been great since. I am producing more power than I am using. Love my Solar and so relieved I went with Boston Solar!

Beyond impressed! We met with three solar companies and Boston Solar was impressive from the first meeting with the sales representative. We felt we was being educated as opposed to "sold" on a product. Every step through the process was explained, every person we interacted with was professional, friendly and prompt! Our panels were installed earlier than promised, and we were turned on soon after. We would highly recommend Boston Solar to anyone considering solar power.

Boston Solar was fantastic. I shopped a few installation companies and I was most impressed with their presentation and the price was on par or better than the competitors. We did a 40 panel install on two separate structures. The panels are attractive and the installation is clean with no visible conduit on the roof. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. I certainly felt like they cared about me as a customer and took the system was thoughtfully designed, engineered, and installed. I highly recommend them.
