Everything But Water

I spent $230 on a two piece swimsuit. I realized when I put it on later, the bottom skirt had what look like a tear, or even as if it got cut with scissors. I called Everything But Water immediately to see if they had another pair in my size. They didn't, so they told me they would order it and send it to my house. I was getting really nervous because I was leaving for vacation the day after it was supposed to arrive. I get it in the mail, and they sent me the EXACT. SAME. BOTTOMS. Literally, the same bottoms with the exact same cut in it. Needless to say, I was and still am absolutely furious! I didn't have time to deal with them and get another one sent to me before vacation so I said, "screw it." For me to spend $75 on the bottoms ALONE, I am very displeased. This was the first time I had ever purchased a swimsuit from this store and honestly, I don't think I'll ever be back.

The customer service was wonderful and the swim suits were perfect for every body type. Loved this store!
