Saks OFF 5TH

Very disappointed. The st louis version of this store is different and inferrior. The majority of their clothing seems to be their own label. Some other brands, but hardly any true high end designer clothing on my last two visits. Not worth the trip to me. Been to Off Fifth in chicago and west palm beach and they are great.

My wife's always reported bad service (being ignored when she's shopping, store in disarray, etc.) I went with her yesterday . There was literally one woman (very kind) working. One. No one on the floor. No one at the dressing room. No one anywhere other than her at the only open register. It took about 30 minutes to check out. There were about 10 people behind me when I left. I felt bad for the lady working. That was our final trip there. Never again.

Name brand deals, but the store is like a junk pile. Unfolded clothes lying on tables, I had to sort through bins and check tags to make sure the size matched the label. You'll find good deals, but going there is more work than fun... The employees are all nice but you'll have to seek them out if you want any help, they don't offer their assistance.

Just check out the store. The service is great and there are amazing options

Big store with good Saks and other designer collection. However the store is ill managed. Extremely poor customer service. The sales person does not have any idea what is on sale and what is not. Labels from many items missing and hard to find someone to help. Buy one and get one free on suits sale is there most of the times.
