How AMAZING were these ladies when I needed to return half of the items the previous week because my feet are smaller than I thought and my bust is larger! Thanks for the smiles and patience. Easy, Breezy!

We enjoy shopping at Marshalls. Always you can find really good deals on name brands that you can play double or even triple at the mall or to the other retail stores. Like that can find good deals also in small furniture as well. Also their costumer service is ok.

I used to love shopping at this store until my father was falsely accused of theft by a manager during a return and they lied about the TJ Maxx policy, it's sad when you have to sue a store you actually loved because the company doesn't hold their employees accountable for disrespecting customers. I called over 15 times to get in contact with Jason the store manager who NEVER returned my calls, it's sad that you have to contact an attorney instead of people just apologizing and fixing whatever it is they broke! Never had a problem before this day and got totally brickwalled by the TJ Maxx staff had to record every call because they tried to lie and say that they NEVER received a complaint, just pathetic

The store and staff where great. The clothes where full on the racks and entire store was nice and tighty.
