Jennifer is an excellent instructor.  Room is well kept, even if tucked away inside the sports complex.  Music was good, workout was pretty tough for my first time.

Went to my first class and loved it. The strength class was awesome because it was a total body workout. Jen was super welcoming and adapting to everyone's own unique needs.

I really enjoy the non-gym, non-jock atmosphere. You can go as hard or as easy as you want; you only challenge yourself. The classes are a good mix of young and old, men and women, serious spinners and casual cyclists like me just trying not to flab out over the winter. There’s enough variety to make the class fly by.
