The Megacycle

Love, love, love spin classes / indoor cycling at Megacycle! Though I work in NYC and have the opportunity to attended cycling studios there, I choose to come home to spin at the Megacycle because the classes are that fantastic! Music is great, clients and staff are wonderful, and importantly....killer calorie burn with smartly focused interval training!! Each class is carefully Choreographed to the music and to ensure you reach optimal fitness levels. Also, highly recommend taking the Spin / TRX class combo! Works your upper and lower body and Core! Looking forward to taking more classes tomorrow!!!

Instructors help you through every class and are very interactive. Classes are just flat out FUN.😜

2 kids in 2 years made getting back in shape an uphill battle and MegaCycle has been a great part of it! The instructors are both challenging and motivating and there's always a focus on personal best. I love the babysitting option. The kids area is clean and bright and both my baby and my toddler are always happy.

YES!! I gave it 5 stars and I know what that means. This isn't simply another dilution of the meaning of stars, and really, 5 stars should almost never be handed out to anyone, but I would argue, that 5 stars should be handed out. How else are you going to know what 5 is unless you have experienced less? That won't be a problem at The Megacycle, because the instructors that I interact with all the time are high energy, and highly creative. They are hammers and they do the best they can to make you the nail. If you don't get a good workout from these ladies, then that is on you, because the equipment is excellent, and the regimen is challenging. I am an experienced on-the-road kick ass hammering clubber of baby seal groupies, leaving their remains scattered along the roads of Monmouth County, and when I come to The MegaCycle, I get my chas-chas handed to me on a platter. I barely can carry myself out after a session. So, you want a good spin workout? This is the place to get it.

I LOVE the Megacycle. The facility is beautiful, the bikes are brand new, but it's the instructors and the customers that make this place special. They push you to push yourself and that is where you get results. Nothing else compares!
