Been going to Excellence Eyebrows for close to a decade. Always fast service, they give me exactly what I ask for and are so very kind. This place deserves no stars at all. They should be sued. None professionals, dirty environment I should have known not to use their services. THIS IS THE MINK LASH THEY PUT ON MY EYELASH. My original lash is rip out.

Hannah is very rude and very unprofessional the reason why I am saying this is because there has been several times when I would go to Hannah to ask her to Thread my eyebrows and Hannah looked at me and not say a word and went inside a room and closed the door that day Hannah had me waiting an hour almost two hours for her to do my eyebrows i was waiting because I needed to get them done I was being kind and being respectful anyways I never got my eyebrows done that same day she made me wait so long because I had to go somewhere very important. There was this other time I tried to get my eyebrows Done by Hannah even Though Hannah treated me with disrespect I don’t understand why I’ve always respected her and say “Hello” or “Hi” and “GoodBye” to try to be respectful and Hannah would ignore me and never says anything back, So going back to when i tried to get my eyebrows done after Hannah makes me wait so long, so once I stepped into “Excellence eyebrows “ I walked up to Hannah telling Hannah I want to do my eyebrows with her looks away and started talking to someone and ignored me again! And I stood there looking at her and Hannah turns and looks at me and said have a seat so I sat down and once again she goes in to the room comes out then goes back in to the room then she came out again so Im waiting a long time once again so I asked her nicely are able to do my eyebrows and Hannah replies to me “to go to Her” which was Hannah’s coworker I was confused because I went up to Hannah to ask Hannah! to do my eyebrows not anyone else when I first walked in anyways i felt very disrespected by her at that point and im not ever going back again. Im confused and don’t understand why Hannah is mean to me we never got into any problems I feel like Hannah is unhappy and she doesn’t want to work but she know she has to and she taken it out on customers. I’ve also notice Hannah does not wash her hands after she finishes up with a client which is very disgusting there is a virus going around and people are getting sick.

please do not come here for eyelashes. go someplace that’s actually worth your time and money. i got lash extensions yesterday bc i wanted to try something new and it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences ever. after it was over it was ok for a bit but when i came home my eyes started to feel really irritated and like the lashes were poking me. i couldn’t close my eyes without it feeling weird. prior to getting them done i explained to the lady that this was my first time. i went back this morning to her and i told her to take them off and i explained why and she said that it’s bc it was my first time which isn’t true. i’m not a lash extension encyclopedia but getting lashes done shouldn’t feel uncomfortable or painful whether it’s your first time or not. she did my eyebrows which turned out amazing but please save your money for lashes and go someplace else. a waste of money.Services: Eyelash extensions

The best spot for eyebrow threading! They are super kind and efficient. If I go in the middle of the day they often take me right away, in and out in 10 minutes. There’s definitely a wait during rush hour/weekends but it’s easy to tell from the waiting room. I’m super particular about my eyebrows and they’re happy to make adjustments so they look exactly how I want. Highly recommend!Service: Eyebrow threading

The women are always friendly and courteous. The job they do threading is thorough so your eyebrows and face is smooth and clean. The prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this establishment.
