Bought the platinum monthly wash package. And the second time I went there Sunday March 18th am. asked why he didn't spray the rims.he said he does it when he thinks it need it. half the lights on the car wash didn't go on. And there was no clean towels to dry the car off. When I informed the attendant he said he wasnt going to make the other three customers wait. He said he wasn't going to get any and that he was running short sorry. I'm pretty sure the customers wouldn't mind waiting seeing they will need them too.So when my monthly plan ends I will be canceling it.

The open bay on the left gives you more time than the enclosed bays. They could use new vacuums. The gas station on Park Ave has a air/vacuum station for a $1 and it accepts debit/credit cards.

Left scratches all over my brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze. I didn’t see them until I got to work in MA. The car wash also ripped off my trim on my windshield. I paid cash and wasn’t give a receipt. I called left a message, and emailed no response as of yet. I wish I could post pictures! After contacting them via Facebook this is the response I got. “The surface blemishes in the pictures are from snow removal from your vehicle. Looks to be a transfer from whatever was used.” “These pics show surface scratches that would be evident after the vehicle was cleaned. But unfortunately it was there prior to coming thru the wash.” After stating that it was defintely NOT from me and snow removal I got this response: “ReRead!!!!!! Never blamed anyone. Just explained what the scratches cane from. And I KNOW MY WASH AND MY EQUIPMENT. I don’t know your vehicle or what u do with it or to it. I’ve been cleaning carsfor 38 years. And I certainly know the difference after all these years.” So professional am I right? WOW!!! Here's another response. "We have washed over 1000 cars in the last week. NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO SHOW WHAT YOU HAVE SHOWED. SO???? You want us to believe the Carwash where you went with a dirty car. That never had any snow removal from to big storm storms was scratched by our wash process. Never mind the 60 plus cars after you. Hmmm think about it. Best of luck to you. I’ll be there from 9am til 3 tomorrow. If you wish to dispute this further. You can walk thru my wash and show me EXACTLY HOW U THINK THE “damage “ occurred."
