Exiles Bar

Music is super dope. I enjoyed the beer, the bartenders and the other people. I had never been this far down U St. before, but I'll definitely be back. This place is awesome.

Staff is great. The food is amazing! And its the best pint of Guinness on U St! Definitely check out the Beer Dinners at the end of the month. I've been to 4 and they were all fantastic! One of my favorite bars in DC!

These guys are the best. The venue is awesome, especially enjoy upstairs and the patio out back. Emer puts together a solid menu and staff are among the most personable people in DC.

Don't overthink it: get the wings. They are crispy and smoky and excellent. For drinks, there is a nice selection of rotating craft beers on tap. They also have a $4 "mystery beer" special which is a bunch of random craft odds and ends the bartender randomly pulls out. You can get some great surprises on the cheap. Nice come-as-you-are place. Seems like an owner is always on premise and working the bar or the floor.

Love this little place! Service was awesome, atmosphere was fun ( not too loud) They have a speak easy on some nights!
