Great small little place in downtown springs that offers individualized and personal care that service departments at dealerships and big name shops simply cannot or will it provide. Always cheaper than the other guy even though their work is of equal or better quality. Rick Meadows is always available to help you with your questions and if he doesn’t know the answer, he will find someone who does. Will be taking my cars their exclusively!

Wow. Very impressed. Just moved to the area and was looking for a good, trustworthy place to go. Found these guys on Google and trusted all the good reviews. Easy to schedule, and no upsell at all.

The guys at Express are very professional and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure to deal with Rick several times and every time was a learning experience. He was very willing to answer any questions and explain anything that I wasn’t sure about. They are very reasonable and conduct work in a timely matter. They are very good at keeping you up to date and in the loop about what is going on with your vehicle. I will definitely be using them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle repaired!!

Been here twice now in need of my motor mounts being fixed up. Got to talk to Rick over the phone and both times I needed service, he got me in on the same day of my call, and had my job finished within only a few hours (not to mention got me a free Uber ride home and back to the shop during the wait)! So, while I haven't been to every shop in Colorado Springs to know who is great and who is not, I have no reason to believe that I need anyone else to call on for my car needs at this point in life. My motor mounts are fixed, and my car feels practically brand new and I am a happy customer. I recommend these guys. And talk to Rick, he's a bro!

This will be my 2nd time getting my car serviced at Express Auto repair. I'm more than pleased with the work Rick does. He's fair with pricing and honest. This shop is the place to go if you're having car issues.
