A++++ service!! Great staff, caring, knowledgeable, informative, and helping take care of my Daughter’s Tahoe so she is safe on the road!! Daughter happy Mom happy!!! Thank you and you all have earned a customer for life!! The courtesy van driver, Preston had such a great attitude and showed such positivity for his coworkers and the work that they achieve!!! Front desk staff is always so helpful and made sure I knew what to expect with cost and even helped me save money!!

Hello, I just wanted to personally write a post just to give kudos worry it’s deserved, I recently purchased my Cadillac and had it serviced there at this shop and I cannot tell you enough how thankful I am of the service advisor Jeff and his crew, he has amazing customer service and because of him I will continue to get my vehicle serviced here and make sure I pass on the word of the excellent customer service and work ethic to all my friends and family and coworkers here on the Air Force Academy. I would recommend the shop to anybody who wants excellent customer service and great work!!

Service is always done timely & at quoted price. Front desk is knowledgeable and can generally direct the service technicians to the issue from the service order. Been a customer for 8+ years at the downtown location. Would highly recommend.

Tire World is great! If they see a way to save you money, they say so. If they see something they can fix, they give you options and guidance on the trade offs. And if they make a mistake, they make it right.
