Recommended, but the front desk was incredibly insulting. Work on being tolerable people, then repairing cars.

This is the third European specialty shop I took my Audi to and the first that was able to diagnose my Audi's misfire issue. They really are the best in town. They even located and tightened down a motor bracket that was making noise for free.
The customer service can't be beat. Brett took the time to explain to me in detail everything that was happening without being in any way demeaning towards me as well as patiently answered all of my questions. He was completely straight-forward and honest and tried to save me money and create a long-term customer.
