Honest Accurate Auto Service - West

I was going to the East shop for several years. They are fantastic. I am now using the East side shop. Not because of the service from the East side shop. I changed because I moved to the West side of town. I now use the West shop. They are just as good as the East shop. I have great service from the West shop. Thanks for the good work you have done for us.

There is only one automotive shop I would ever take my vehicles to and that is to Jesse at Honest Accurate Auto Service. They are the most amazing team I have ever worked with and extremely mindful of how they take care of their customers. Their integrity is beyond reproach and they have repaired my Acura, Subaru, and my Toyota 4-Runner. Every vehicle was diagnosed properly and they provided me with several options for repair. On a couple occasions they simply replaced a rear tail light or reset an O2 sensor and said thank you. No charge. What? Really? I used to go to another repair shop which is very dominate in Colorado Springs and they were about the money under the pretense they cared until the rubber met the road. I spent a ton of money with them. Not anymore as Jesse and his team surpasses the competition by light years in customer service and automotive repair skills. They are also very fair with their pricing. They are amazing and if you wondering if you should take your vehicle here and not the other place...do not pass go and simply go to Honest and I promise they will take GREAT CARE of you and your vehicle. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Robert

This is my second time getting work done here. The staff is great. Hard workers. They stayed after hours to make sure I had a running car to drive to work. They saved me rental fees and also recommended other specialty shops for exhaust and audio work. My brother is a mechanic on the east coast and said the prices fit the job. There’s a reason why they’re so busy. They have earned it.

For 17 years we have exclusively used Honest Accurate Auto they are truly awesome. There is such piece of mind when we drop off our cars knowing they'll be serviced accurately and above all honestly! Jesse, one of the owners along with the entire staff are just fantastic. Do not hesitate having your cars serviced by Honest Accurate Auto!
