Tire World Auto Repair Tire Pros

This was my first visit to Tire World, and it was great. Had to bring my van in this morning because the dealer told me my struts were bad when it was in for a recall. The van didn't exhibit any symptoms that the struts were bad, but my 3 kids and wife ride around in it. Didn't want to take any chances. I brought the van in without an appointment at about 8am. I was immediately greeted and quickly assisted. I chose to wait while they checked it out. Their waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked great. They had my van in and out in 30 minutes, and they didn't charge me anything. And, turns out the struts are fine. This wasn't a super complex transaction by any means, but Tire World has all the makings of a company that I like to do business with. Efficient, friendly, organized, and service-oriented. It isn't often you run across a company that is designed in a way where a customer can walk in without an appointment and get immediate assistance. Perhaps I was lucky with how I timed it and they didn't happen to be busy, but regardless, they gave me 5 star treatment. I will be coming back.

Quick service and good prices, as usual. This Tire World is one of few places I trust, to take my cars to. Straight-up answers to straight questions, re: price estimate, time estimate....best place I know of. 9/2017- Went there again; Had the spark plugs changed, which I understand is quite a job on my car (I was unwilling to tackle it myself). Again, Tire World gave a ready estimate, gave me a Shuttle home, and my car was ready 5 hours later. No attempt made to Upsell me anything. Yes, I would recommend them. Yes, I will go there again.

When I moved to Colorado Springs, I worried that I would find a good and trustworthy auto mechanic for our cars. I don't worry any more, as I have found Tire World Auto Repair! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service is prompt. The prices are very fair. We will be back!

I want to thank Carl for the awesome job he did, it's like I have a brand new car. It rides smooth now and does not wonder all over the place any more and vibration is gone. The guys are very professional and curtious. Their courtesy van was wonderful as I had to get to work, they dropped me off and picked me up. The pricing was very reasonable and was completed on time. I highly recommend Tire world to anyone who needs work done on their car and wants it done right

There are many places to have a car serviced and purchase tires. I choose to utilize Tire World on North Academy because I trust them. Many of us are not experts on car repair or tires and depend on experts. I find the employees of Tire World to be honest and fair. I will refer them to others because of this and the fact they provide a great product. Thank you.
