Honest Accurate Auto Service- East

I found out about this facility by listening to Tom Martino's radio show. I took my Ford Ranger pickup there to have some drive line work done , steering wheel centered and also a four wheel alignment. They did a fantastic job and I have never been treated nicer anywhere. I found them to be highly professional and fairly priced on there work. A few days after I had the work done on my vehicle I received a handwritten "Thank You" note in the mail. Also inside my vehicle when I picked it up was a picture of the tech that worked on my vehicle and a short history about the tech and his background. No one actually 'thanks' customers anymore but this place does. I didn't have a ride home so they provided a driver for me and a ride home. I really appreciated that.Everything turned out perfect for me and I highly recommend this business. I will never go any where else for auto repair. They are fabulous!

This place should be the model for outstanding customer service. Everyone from shuttle service and techs, to mechanics, go out of their way to help. They will also let you go back and physically see what the problem is with your vehicle, while a mechanic gives you a detailed explanation of what you are looking at. Awesome people!!!

Very well organized business. Everyone at Honest Accurate Auto should be very proud of themselves. You guys went above and beyond and shattered my expectations. Amazing shop and people. Thank you Ted and Joe and everyone else that worked and took part in servicing my car. Ol' Bessie is as good as new and stops like a champ. I have told everyone I encounter about you and will keep recommending your services.

Oh. My. God. Such amazing service! Did not know anyone in the auto service industry cared about their customers like this. Let me tell you about my experience. First of all when I arrived they greeted Me by first name and understood already the details of Prior phone call conversations. Then throughout the day they updated Me by text message and regular phone calls on the status and any price changes. Then when I went to pick it up, again greeted by name with a warm smile and then walked through a detailed explanation of the work done and the charges and what they recommend to prevent further issues. Then when I get to my car they have a branded ice scraper and some candy waiting for me. Pricing was maybe not the lowest but very fair. Clean atmosphere wonderful staff! I will go nowhere else from now on for anything!

When things don't go as planned, that is one of the best ways to judge how conscientious a company is. I took my '98 4Runner to Honest Accurate Auto Service to work on a bad wheel bearing and get an alignment done. The bearing was fixed but the alignment report must have got lost since neither of us had it. I took it back and they not only did another alignment, but they also offered me with a free oil change to make up for my wait time. A couple weeks later, I noticed my hub cap was missing on the wheel they worked on. I went back since they were the last ones to touch it to see if it was left in their shop. They remembered putting it back but said the springs may have been worn out since it's 20 years old. Regardless, they ordered a replacement with no charge to me. Rachel, Paul, Joe and the gang are very friendly and really want the customer to be satisfied. They are trustworthy and make you feel like you're their most important customer.
