I had a coolant leak and suspected a hose or water pump, so based on a referral, I took my Jeep over to Adam & Son. It ranks up there with one of the best decisions I've made in 2018. I was greeted by not one but two people at the front. They said they could get it in and have a diagnosis shortly. I had some errands so I asked for a shuttle ride to the local Enterprise but instead was offered a loaner car. (Saved me some dough) After a short while I was given a quote for the water pump and hose and also some other problems they found. I opted to just do the pump, hoses and thermostat as requested and mentioned I would knock out the other issues later. "No problem" was the answer I was given. Everything would be taken care of in the next couple of days. Sounded good to me, I still had the loaner car. Toward the end of the day I received a text to call the shop because my Jeep was ready and it was a few bucks short of the estimate. What? I am paying less than quoted? Cool beans! It has been a couple of weeks since the service and I am very pleased with the service received. I had even been contacted by the owner to make sure I had a good experience. Customer service is top notch and the service performed was as well. You have gained a new customer Adam & Son! Although, I liked your service I hope I not there too often. If you're looking for fair, upfront, honest service and communication then you WON'T regret taking your vehicle here.

Absolutely the best shop IVE EVER BEEN TOO! They are honest kind and hard working. I am very rarely impressed enough to write a review. I highly recommend you use Adam and sons for ever and any car need!

I was so impressed with the customer service and the work at Adam & Son Repair. My serpentine belt went out when I pulled into the parking lot at work. I searched online for the closest mechanic to my office. What a pleasant experience. They even gave me a car to drive back to work. Price was fair. Very pleased.

I was recommended to Adam and Son by Firestone, after the timing belt snapped in my 2006 Kia. Adam and Son was very knowledgeable and excellent in both communicating and discussing what needed to be done. Their care of the car was great. Their pricing was fair and detailed. They even detailed the car, so it was like new when I picked it up. I have been very happy with this business.
