Express Worldbrand

This store is a complete mess. Clothes everywhere hangers and clothes on the floor, tables a mess not sure what the workers are doing. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in... not going to even try to shop this store

12/16/21 Let me start by saying that tonight was the first time I've had an awkward experience at this Express. I went in to return an item and ended up purchasing clothes. I asked a taller male employee that was arranging clothes if they had additional pant sizes other than the ones out on the rack. He glared at me and said no. I ignored the attitude, said thank you and kept on shopping. Went to check out, the cashier was very friendly, can't complain about him. I came back to pick out some earrings when I overheard some of the employees complaining about idk what at the counter. I was not paying attention to much of what was being said or who was speaking until a rude female employee in a tight pink shirt said in a loud tone, AND SHE STILL NOT GETTING IT. I turned to the checkout counter and there were the two males I had encountered earlier and two females, they were all looking towards my direction, so I asked if they were referring to me. The friendly male told me no, I looked around and asked what time they closed and he said 9pm. I looked at the time and it was 8:15pm! The rude female and male walked away from the counter. I went to check out with the same friendly employee and let him know that I was not trying to keep anyone from going home. He went on to mention some confusion about store hours changing due to COVID. I understand that a job can be stressful and people have bad days, but the rudeness from the employees was unnecessary. I did not put in their job applications nor did I make their work schedule. I'd understand if it were closing time, but even then, there are better ways of handling things. Both receipts show checkout date and times.

Good quality clothing for the teenager and young adult. Employees will focus on the customer for whom the clothing is for, and not necessarily the person with them. Clean and well organized. Can be busy during peak periods.

Called this morning and was asking if they have the black “Western Style” boots with the 3 1/2 inch heel. She said that she could see them and that they do. I asked her to check to see if they have a size seven. She said “I am in the office now”. I said “so you can’t go check if you have a size seven?” She said “Well I can if you give me the product number” I said “I don’t have that in front of me and you just said you have the boots I’m describing.” She was like “Well I’m in the office so I can’t check.” I was very angry bye this and asked her name. After hesitating for a minute, she said her name is “Tosha” which may or may not have been the truth. I am appalled by the customer service.

I walked in the store to shop and also order a few things.When i went to checkout they had an employee leaning on the back counter dressed inappropriately with poor body language and her attitude was horrible.I shop at express a lot and to see an employee dressed as if she just got oit of bed or left a night club was very insulting. The manager on duty asked her to go and put hangers up and she juat stood there for a few minutes before she actually moved.This was the worst shopping experience i ever had and i would not recommend nobody to go shop there.

Terrible staff! Ask a question to the one folding the Jean's, she barely answered me and kept giving me sode eye because I was looking through the pile... Another one, gave us wrong informationon the store sale saying that eveything was 50%off!! You guys really need to revamp !!!

Store is stocked well even during the holidays, staff is attentive and friendly. It's Express, that's about all they need as a clothing store. Get in, buy clothes, leave. Very efficient.

Great selection. Only problem i have they never let me use coupons they send me because everything's already on sale. Why bother sending them?

I like their jeans , I wish it wouldn't change the color that much when u wash it but they always have good deals.
