3 stars for the discount, I was very happy with my purchase. What I went through to get it, wasn’t that great, I’m new in town and I took Uber to get there, once I walk in, I was greeted by the lady behind the desk, as I was going to go browse, she asked what I was looking for, the wigs I wanted to see were in the back, so she proceeds to tell me that since she is the only one in the store, I have to step outside while she goes to the back to get the hair. I’m like wtf…if I was in my car I would have left! It was hot outside too! I waited about 7 mins, then she comes back & lets me in. The lady is rude! There is no way I would have someone like that representing my brand or running my establishment the way she did, so I never got a chance to explore the store, she was rushing me telling me she had to go lunch & to come back. I pick this cute synthetic wig, she seemed to have a real attitude once I changed my mind on what she brought out, but I wasn’t about to spend over $300 in that store with service like that, ain’t no way. I have absolutely great customer service, if the owner is reading this, I’ll be here in KY for the next 3 yrs, but I definitely think you need someone younger, more energetic with great customer service to represent your brand.

I believe all beauticians fall in love with this store also they have one of the most hottest Ebin yellow braiding gel!! Absolutely lovely store!!

Great Business. Great customer service, they will help you find what you need! They have a wide range of beauty products and very reasonable prices. My favorite part of my visit was talking to the cashier. 5 STARS HANDS DOWN. FYI doors stay locked due to covid 19 be sure to knock before assuming they are closed.

This store is absolutely amazing, I think I shopped and chatted for about an hour. I felt comfortable and at ease during my shopping experience. I found exactly what I needed plus more! The saleswoman, Ms.Margie, was kind and went the extra mile to help. Overall, I highly, highly recommended everyone to stop in and check them out!

First-time wig wearers must come here!! This beautifully clean shop presents a variety of options for people with and without hair! The woman that helped me was very helpful and a joy to be around. I highly recommend this shop for any hair needs!

I stumbled across this hair store and noticed it was black owned so I went. Great customer service, the woman working was friendly and helpful! Will be my go-to hair store from now on.

I just love this place! They have so many hair products that you can’t find at other places. They are willing to find what I need and customer service is excellent! I have purchased hair, wigs and my waist trainer here! I love it and will be back.

Very nice establishment, very professional, nonjudgmental, owner makes you feel very comfortable when trying on wigs and other merchandise....didn’t need a thing out of there but I walked out with a couple of wigs and wig heads. I love this shop. It has everything for everyone needs in my family. This is also the only place I have been able to find the mixed chicks and curly kids line and its affordable! Owner and employees are nice and knowledgeable.
