Went in looking to try on Wedding Dresses, found the dress of my dreams a Casablanca Gown I requested to try on by style #. Went in a few weeks later to try on Bridesmaid dress for my brothers wedding and get measured for my wedding dress. The sales representative couldn't keep her head on straight about which wedding we were ordering dress's for and so forth. I ordered my wedding dress as a custom cut gown, and took a bunch of extra measurements for it. My gown came in a straight as a paper bag, and the majority of the bridesmaid dresses for my brothers wedding came in way to large as well. I was thankful that the owner wasn't there when I picked up my wedding dress. The sales person (new owner) didn't try to have me try it on and I took it somewhere else to be worked on. There customer service seriously lacking. I got phone calls asking me if I had paid for my wedding dress because they had given me both copies of the receipts. They got confused whenever I called to ask about my bridesmaid dresses. I am thankful I didn't allow them to do any of the alterations and took my dress to a seamstress I trust.
