When you walk into the store it's to crowded with dreses, when I walked in the lady was just sitting there and was talking away to someone that was not even a customer. When she asked me what I was looking for she just pointed behind her and still sat there. She did helped a little bit but not much. She was just rude and forgetful. I asked her if she had some Bride's maide dresses she said yes and never even showed them to me. It wasn't even worth my time going there.

Picking my dress was easy. It was a good price for a beautiful dress. The alterations however? Oh good god. She only had me come in once to see how much needed to be taken from the bottom. I asked that the dress be ready by the day before my wedding as we were going out of state and leaving first thing in the morning. She called my phone multiple times at 8 am the morning of (I had arranged to pick it up at 10) saying that my dress wouldn't be ready until noon and that I would have to come in to try it on so that she could alter whatever needed to be done last minute.... when I had appointments scheduled out of state for 1 pm. So I had to have someone else pick the dress up, she finished it literally just in time when they picked it up at TWO, and the dress was ruined because it was still WAY too long. I've never left a review good or bad in my entire life, but I really felt the need to do it on account of these are WEDDING DRESSES. If somebody trusts something so big in your hands, I'm sorry but you put in a little more effort. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! SHE WILL RUIN YOUR DRESS!

This lady is pushy, forgetful and over priced. I was going to get a dress there she insisted I put it on hold. I called a couple weeks after said I couldn't afford it and that I have another dress and to take it off hold. She's called me 2 times since then to let me know my dress is still on hold...And then it gets better. My fiance orders a tux, which I told him to cancel after I discovered all her tricks. Well he didn't went to pick it up, it was suppose to be black tradition tux with a red vest and tie. Well it came with nothing but a jacket pants and a plain white button up shirt. He paid almost 300$ and now we have to go buy and or find a red vest, tie and shoes. Oh and! Our wedding is tomorrow.

We went to the shop to buy a slip (which she charged $99.00 for) and we asked if we could take it back if it didn't work and she said yes. There was nothing on the receipt about returns but when my husband went to return it this afternoon she only credited our card for $89.10 so she basically stole $9.90 from us. I would not recommend this place for a place to shop. Very disappointing...

The shop may be small but she has everything you need for a wedding. Brenda made sure that I looked exactly how I wanted to look. She was very attentive and helpful.
