Extended Stay America - Memphis - Airport

Rooms were clean. It is by the airport so you might hear planes. Booked online and well past midnight so the checkin process wasnt flawless but the front desk was helpful. Staff the next morning were hospitable.

The reservationsays check in from 3pm-midnight, it also said my room was guarenteed and you want to act like giving away my roomwas your policy?? Not only was your staff highly unprofessional, but due to your response on my review I will be filing a complaint with corportate also.

The Hotel is very clean!! Staff are very attenative to the guest. Mrs.Ashley & Mrs.Casey will help with your every need. They are Great,have positive attitudes, very helpful. Hotel cleaning staff make sure all the rooms are clean & comfortable. Great Hotel
