Extra Space Storage

Well where do I begin to rate Martha and Kevin? They are beyond a scale of 5 stars! They are pleasant, accommodating and do their best to make sure they ask the right questions so they can help meet your needs. They are responsive to questions and make sure you have the appropriate needs for your individual situation or offer options to take care if you! The storage units, office and surrounding landscape of the area are very well maintained and secure. I have had several units in Murray and left my possessions there knowing they were safe. First time renting a storage unit. Was not sure what to expect but Martha made it so simple and was friendly and welcoming the moment I arrived. Martha was nice and so very helpful, I asked her many questions, even changed my mind on the unit I had requested and she helped me find the unit I felt comfortable with. She made my experience so wonderful and easy, I would go back just to work with her again, even though I only needed one unit. They seem to take such good care of their facility and customers,it been a pleasure to work with her so far. The unit was clean and even less than I originally thought. This is a Good place to do business with good people.

These guys are awesome! The storage units are very clean and very well-maintained. The location is convenient too. Now, this is nothing compared to the staff. Martha and Kevin are really helpful. They actually saved us money! I couldn’t believe it! Such a great deal! Thanks so much!!

Martha was so professional. When a conflict arose over the unit I booked online, she called right away and offered me a bigger unit at the same price. And the first month is free! Check in was quick and easy. I'm very pleased with the facility and the staff.

This is an excellent storage facility. The manager Martha is top-notch, goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I heartily recommend this facility.
