Our experience with Extra Space Storage has been fantastic! Everything was easy and went smoothly when we got our unit. The manager is super helpful and responsive, quick to answer questions when anything comes up. The facility is convenient and easy to get to, and we feel like it's a safe place to store our stuff.

Extra space storage originally turned me completely off ...because of the resident manager at another location... he was not having a good day, and perhaps I wasn’t either...too full of his limited power at that location...I was not spending my money w them! ...then I just happened to drive by the location at 7210 Redwood in WJ...and went in real quick to check the vibe of this place...the guy there Trent is a professional.. obviously new his system and allowed the customer to be ... took good care of the situation and us.. got us what we needed...allowed us to downsize when we needed to... appreciated how he kept the place, and the following up he does as reminders.. tho part of the details of the job.. it’s just good thing, and a professional pleasure doing business there... absolutely recommended! Onsite manager is amazing always friendly and very helpful. Longer access hours to the lot are great. Very secure lot. Right next to a donation center so if you don’t want to store it you can get rid of it. I would live here if they let me.

Both managers where here. They showed us different size units. They were patient and polite. We were able to switch storage company's and units for a cheaper, cleaner experience. It was and is awesome! It was quick and easy we were done within 20 minutes and that includes the time it took to go out on property to look at different units. Thanks guys!!! It was quick and painless.

This is my second time using this facility. Trent is amazing. Really helpful and gets you exactly what you need and for a great price!!!
