Think Storage

Overall a very good experience. I was a tenant for several years and was always treated well and promptly by staff. Great options on sizes and climate control. Prices rose pretty significantly over the time I was there, but I was unsurprised by that and felt it was on par with other storage facilities. Very clean and well kept, but for the dust and sand that was especially bad during construction on adjacent properties. That is out of Think Storage control, but know it is an issue in the area.

I have used Think Storage for the past several months and had a great experience. The facility is clean. The staff was accommodating when I needed to change units. Always friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again for my storage needs.

We had zero problems with these guys through over two years of storing an entire apartment worth of stuff with them. The reason for the four star rating is because it seemed like due to some of the construction they did to add units, some of our things shifted and vibrated (more than just settling) causing a small bit of damage, all things we can live with for the most part. I think that is a small price for how long we stored our things there and how little problems we have had. I have heard horror stories of other storage units but this one was managed and run wonderfully. Since we were there two years, our "rent" went up twice through that time, all normal. The end was a dream. I called early in the month letting them know that we would be out by the end of the month. They were so kind and thanked us for letting them know in advance. They sent us an email for "intent to vacate" letting us know the process. All we really had to do was clean out the unit and make sure it was swept and leave the pile in the middle and they would give us our deposit back. We emptied our unit in a weekend and Monday afternoon I received a letter of our "final bill" which was more reimbursing us for the days we hadn't used. I was a little surprised as we hadn't swept out the unit yet and I had planned to. I called management and asked if we were done and explained I hadn't cleaned it yet. Tanya at the front desk said she had noticed our lock was gone and had cleaned our unit for us AND had refunded us our deposit plus a reimbursement for the days we hadn't used! I was floored! I apologized profusely that they had cleaned it out before we had and told them I had had every intention to. She was so kind and told me that it was no problem at all! I am amazed. I feel like these types of companies try to screw you any which way they can and they had gone above and beyond to help us! I will definitely be coming back to this unit for my storing needs.

I have been a customer for several months. Excellent customer service and great facility. Hassle-free access to my stuff, easy to get in and out quickly when needed. Everything up front, no hidden costs, amazingly easy to move out. Loved the staff.

Easy to access, staff is helpful, and the hours are accommodating. Overall, I think it’s one of the best storage units in the area. It’s not the cheapest, but the ability to fit a semi-truck from a professional carrier in unmatched at the less expensive places in the area.
