Draper Self-Storage

I've had multiple issues with this facility. The roof in the hallway above my unit started leaking and I called the office, and their "emergency" line and got no answer. A day later I finally was able to until the next day to get a hold of someone in the office about the fact the hallway floor was covered in water. They raised my rent, claimed that it could happen at any time, and that I was notified by mail. Which I wasn't. Absolutely ridiculous. They've also had multiple payment issues with my account as well. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff is very kind and helpful with deciding what size of space would be needed. I never had to worry about my storage things and always felt like they were secure. The property is very well maintained and secure. Units are clean and well taken care of.

We use elevated storage in Park City and we couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially when we needed to move from our smaller unit to a bigger one. They were very easy to work with. In fact they are so good we now have a second unit. AND the place is always immaculately clean.

Staff here is friendly they are helpful and good customer service. Facility is clean and well maintained.

Draper Self Storage is such an awesome place! By the looks of it, it is very safe. I have read reviews or other storage units and this was the only one that made me assured all my belongings will be kept safe. Shout out to Bailey! Super nice and efficient. Any hesitation or questions I had, he was able to answer them the best he could sincerely. I am super happy with the service and help I got today! 😁
