Had a good experience when signing up. Didn't take very long. The unit is easily accessible. The premises are kept clean. Only problem was a patch of ice hidden by some snow on a slight slope right outside the shed door, and my husband slipped on it.

The service is great. But the rodent traps everywhere are a little disconcerting, and the price is a little high.

We have had a good experience for four years till recently. Management change has brought poor service. Management at this facility did not fix the lock so we could access our unit. We paid all of their fees for being late with our payments. Were promised that the unit would be available. Management also diminished my veterans discount as we should not be getting it.
