I enjoyed being a neighbor to Storage Plus for 26 years - they always employed great managers and staff and I know they're fair on prices.

I should have been giveing a five star every time I I show up feeling great knowing there not out to take my things like so many places they don't give you that comfort they don't care if you pay cause they will just keep you locked out then tax your every moment of hard times too make it hard for you to work through your issues to letting what you have there you see we all fall into times we need to put our lives we have in a shed hoping we can get through and put it in a home again or see the pictures and things that mean so much not everyone just stores for storage this is obvious I'm in and out of mine daily for things to get by for business and my life necessitys until I get a place to put it in again or to throw it all away again I've done this for years Ken who manages the place takes the time to work with me through hard times I've had to space payments the company don't want to nail you for late fees they don't want to lock you out as soon as they can then make it I'm possible to get back in they rather offer many things to work with you to keep your things not only safe but as convient as they can they hello me get in when I'm locked out it if I show up with out my key they come help me Ken with his several years knowledge his mind heart to help others go out to his way I thought he was so nice breaking all the rules other that his extra time after hours to help me and testing me and everyone I see like a friend I realized he wasn't breaking the rules tater they was offered through storage plus but couldn't be this way without all of lend pacience compassion to help others following the rules and going the extra mile he never had to here has had the most saddest times finding situations no one should ever see in his work but still keep on caring trying to do all he can and taking pride in his job working with every person to reach there goals he's cause of storage plus I can watch storage wars and laugh cause they are not out take my stuff but to help me help me keep what intiended but my experience with storage plus has been a great experience over the last few years cause I feel safe they are there to help in any way they can o help others should know not all places are a storage war place times get hard they help I just want others to know how not only the owner who cares very much that every costomer is happy and taken seriously when they have problems will go out of the way to make sure you do every single person and Ken makes that possible with his dedication his knowledge to help people in Therese times are frustrating he puts his heart into his job and had the patience to deal with the many pressures we never think they see every day in that they are special storage plus it's amazing and I want others to know it's is ok to use storages if they are like this one again thanks storage plus I hope many people read and enjoy using your storage units knowing there in the best hands storages offer
