Extra Space Storage

We came in from out of town to store some of our belongings here as we started the process of moving here. Dominic was very helpful and accommodating while we were reserving/moving our stuff into the unit. He was concerned that the unit we had reserved would be too small and was looking into other Extra Space locations to try to help us out. The unit ended up being the perfect size and setting up our rental space was a breeze. Thanks! EDIT: We came back a little over a month to get our stuff after moving and everything was just how we left it. We even were a little late coming to get it, and should have been charged for another month but they waived the fee for us. I've never used a storage facility before and I was really impressed by the service.

Doug was awesome! I walked away feeling really well taken care of and all my questions answered. He even called me well after I left to let me know I'd forgotten something in their office. Would absolutely recommend working with him. The only reason for the one star being docked is the unit price online didn't match with what was actually being advertised, but Doug gets all 5 stars hands down!

This place is amazing!! They were super helpful in getting me the right size and when I locked my self out (within the first 3 hours 🙈) they clipped the lock for me and gave me a new one. Above and beyond!!

Tom was super friendly and the facility was very clean. He showed me around so I could find the perfect size unit. He saved me money, too. Highly recommend!

It was a super simple and awesome experience with Extra Space Storage because the Rep at the salt lake location was super efficient and friendly. The service was great and he was also funny and made the process fun.
