Great to work with, had a small unit to begin with. Picked up in laws and found they had a lot more junk than I thought. They transferred me to a larger unit no problem. I had a great experience with them, I recommend them to anyone

The customer service at Storage Etc. North Salt Lake is superior. They are friendly, helpful and fair. I trust this company. Proof positive that you get what you pay for.

The manager was very friendly and professional, she was able to answer all my questions. Everything was clean and secure, fair prices and just off the freeway. I made 2 mistakes when renting my unit. I want to share them, so you can avoid them. Call and schedule your 1st visit before going. They only have 1 person on duty, so they’re closed for an hour at lunchtime. By Not scheduling my visit first, and just showing up at noon. I was left me taking my own hour long lunch break. Another customer showed up, unscheduled, before she finished helping me. So they had to wait for her too. My other mistake was thinking they’d automatically give me their lowest price. I tried to reserve a unit online the day before going, but their website was having problems taking reservations. I tried a few times, then gave up, not knowing it mattered. So I rented the unit the next day and moved my stuff into it. That night, when I turned on my laptop on, the error message was still on the screen. And I noticed the price was $15 lower than what I was charged. I read the fine print, learning the online price was only valid if you made the reservation before going in. So they wouldn’t be lowering my rent at that point. I deserve credit for both mistakes, so now you can avoid them.

We came here after reading online reviews. Stacy Peip was very helpful, efficient, and kind. She made sure we could access the property and everything worked for us. We have an indoor unit and it is super clean in there.

I called and reserved a 10x10 unit that they were apparently having a special on so I loaded my truck and headed into their office to fill out the paperwork. Upon arriving an hour later they informed me that this was no longer available but I would have to spend almost double for a climate controlled 10x20 unit. Their response was basically 'tough luck' and encouraged me to check back later the following week since it was closing time. Considering I had a truck full of stuff I was quite disappointed with their customer service but thankfully the owner at 5th West Self Storage in Bountiful made a special trip to his facility so I could offload my truck and the crisis was averted. I am more than happy to drive an extra 5 minutes out of my way to do business with a company that understands customer service.
