Extra Space Storage

Great customer service and VERY worth it for the price. This is one of the pricier places in town but for everything you get it is absolutely worth it. Ray helped us and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Never had such a good customer service experience. Will definitely come back. Thanks Ray!

Be careful! Shady business practice. It is a very clean and well kept facility, but after only renting for 4 months they raised the price from $65 to $75. I called to dispute it, and to say I was never told that a price increase could happen when I signed for the unit... their response was "if you had asked about that, I would have told you." Kind of important to tell customers their price will increase up front. It also happened to my mother in law (we started renting separate units at the same time).

After needing a place nearby to store extra furniture, I tried Extra Space. The space I wanted was not available online, but Christine, the store manager knew that the space would be available later that day. She was excellent at helping me get in and get what I was looking for. The space was immaculate when she showed me, but she took the time to go in and sweep it up and clean it even though I didn't see any dirty or problems. Thanks, Christine!!

These units are so clean and I felt so comfortable putting my stuff in one. The management is great, and easy to work with. The price of these units is lower than anywhere else. A great value! I will use Extra Space Storage again when I need to store things. Thanks to Christine for being a great person to work with.

The facility was very clean and Christine was awesome!! She knows what she's doing and was very helpful at answering all of my questions. Very professional and very friendly!
