Extra Space Storage

Exemplary Customer Service Judy the store manager went above and beyond. He helped us with a remote lease since we’re actually renting an unit out of State. Even so, Judy was tremendously helpful and forthright. He walked us through the rental process and ensured that we were taken cared of whenever we visit the new location. The place was very clean and also these guys take security very seriously. I’d use Extra Space company in the future and would certainly recommended to family and friends. Especially when you can do remote leases.

Still at Extra Space. Still very happy!! Every time I have storage needs, this best place to go. I recently moved out of my storage at Kennedy Township and I was almost sad to leave! We had a stressful move back from Fargo, North Dakota and I was so happy to see a familiar face welcoming me and my son home. Before I went to Extra Space, I felt like everything that could go wrong did go wrong, from packing and movers to flight arrangements, the list just goes on. Because of that I was really stressed out and worried but then I walked in and saw the manager, Judy, who I had rented from and had a great experience with before. Judy made me feel comfortable and secure. In no time at all she had my son laughing and then I was laughing and suddenly it felt we were having a really nice visit with an old friend! She was just what we needed and she helped me get a storage shed that I could afford, which was another problem for me. I just can't say enough good things about Judy! Because of her, I will definitely refer anybody to Extra Space Storage. As a matter of a fact, I think I'll even miss her. We might have to go back just to visit LOL

My experience with Extra Space has been nothing but excellent. The customer service is top-notch, starting with my first phone conversation to reserve the unit. I want to say how wonderful Bill was. He explained everything and was very helpful during this stressful move to Pittsburgh. I cannot thank him enough!

Bill was great, very amicable and helpful. He explained every detail of our storage space, He even recommended ways of storing our belongings. Highly recommended! A+++ Great location to I 79 and rt 60

Long time customer. I was looking to get another additional unit, asked. They quoted me a price over 50$ more a month then what I'm all ready paying for the same size.... How is that possible? Guys face was so funny when I asked him. Guy didn't have a good answer. Looking to go to another location, they $$$ ripping me off. They lock out the dumpster, customers don't always have access, dumpster is located within the secured gate, available only for customers. I have been forced to leave packing boxes beside that dumpster multiple times. Feels wrong.
