Extra Space Storage

First, I would give the manager of the facility five stars as she was informative and excellent. However, I give the company one star because my rates went up at the 6 month mark. I feel that a raise in rates should be at the 1 year mark. It feels like a "bait and switch" scheme when the rates go up after only 6 months.

Have had unit for over 15 years. Christina & Lou have been very helpful & professional with us. Good location easy to get into/out of with box/moving truck, too. However, current ownership by "Extra Space Storage" has come with numerous rent increases recently.

Christina and Bill are the people I deal with at this facility. They are very nice people who hold a very professional standard to make sure that our needs are met. The facility is always clean an neat. The snow and ice in the winter we're always removed and our unit was always accessable. Pricing is good they are always very kind people. I highly recommend this facility for your for your storage needs. Very secure and safe environment.

Bill was amazing today! We have use this storage place before and returned today to open up a new unit to help with our move. And bill took me to the new unit to check to make sure it looked good and big enough for me. He made sure I understood the lease and that my new code worked for me to get into the gate. It was a pleasure coming today!

rented a storage space last week ... Christina was very helpful and polite in all aspects of the transaction ... cost was competitive, but initial processing fee was a little high ... moved my son's belongings in ... no problem ... facility seems well-run and efficient ... overall good experience
