The process was seamless. I got ample information both over the phone and in person. Dee Brown was extremely helpful, personable and informative. She followed up with me and delivered exceptional customer service. Also the facilities are clean and easy to navigate. They are easy to get in touch with too.

I was very pleased with this Extra Storage facility. It is very safe, very clean and well lit. Signing up was very easy, and very quick, everything was done online and via texts. They answered all my questions and concerns quickly and very professionally. The parking area allows you to easily load and unload, the gate at the entrance is easy to use have your password handy for the gate as well as the elevator. I definitely recommend using this storage facility.

The amenities and access are great and simple, and I was able to do it online. However, my real praise is for their staff and responsiveness. I had two questions during my tenure, and they answered them quickly, and both times to my benefit. I will definetly turn to them again when I need short term storage

I am a business owner and store my inventory at extra space. I moved to this business and their annex building location in DC after having issues at another storage unit nearby with older and less ideal amenities. I've been floored by the professionalism and focus on customer service at ExtraSpace DC. Paris and Dee, the managers of this facility, have responded in a timely and generous fashion to my issues. When there was water damage to my unit from a neighboring tenant school sprinkler system, they facilitated a complete unit transfer in a matter of days, and kept pricing consistent for me even when moving into a slightly bigger space. I feel lucky that my business and I found ExtraSpace and would highly recommend.

Great place for city storage! Clean garage and clean building. Would use again. Plan move days on week days as the parking spots and dolly’s are all taken over the weekend. Store manager Dee Broome very helpful

The storage was spacious, clean and very secure. We did not have any difficulty either storing or removing items. Very good service provided.

I’d recommend reviewing your lease in full before signing anything. They raised my rent by almost 150% only 4 months after moving my items in and said the new price was “market rate”.

Load in and move out were done easily. My unit was in the annex building and there were no issues for the 2 months of storage, I would recommend this location!
