This place has it all! They have this trail 3 classes for $20 and i couldn't pass up the deal. It was a very constructive. It helped me build my core which benefits me in my line of work. I would recommend it!

I have been coming to EMA with my grandsons for just over a year now. We love it here. Starting at 44 yrs old, I never could have imagined how much I have learned or how capable I am of learning to fight. Even with the recent changes there, I still find I continually learn things that are beneficial to my training. I have a great deal of respect for the establishment and will continue training there with my grandson long into to future.

This place was a waste of money n very unorganized. I felt like they just wanted my money instead of teaching my son. They mix the belts together, they do not separate them in groups. We moved to nwimaa, so much better

Too expensive and u font learn anything new waste of time and money wish i never did it cost $200 a month and to learn the same thing over and over but really cool coach Jason really understanding guy and a very clean place
