I paid to renew my contact prescription,they took my money for the appointment but refused to give me my prescription until I bought glasses. In the mean time,they gave me trial contacts that were too far below my prescription level for me to see out of. I kept a headache for a week waiting on my glasses and I can't see out of them either. Now I have to pay more money for them messing up my prescription in the first place. I will never go back to these people.
