I NEVER thought I would come to this point but I have given this business two tries and BOTH tries I left with subpar work. The first time I brought the glasses back and someone else repaired the poor quality. The second time, I had lenses replaced in THREE pairs of glasses. Not one pair came back in the same quality in which I dropped them off. None of the lenses fit the frames. One of the lenses changed the shape of the frames. I called in and instead of LISTENING, Xavier insisted on arguing with me, insinuating that I'm a liar and incompetent. He is still arguing with himself in my texts after he hung up on me because I asked to speak with someone else. I dropped Gucci frames off to receive them back with gaps between the lenses and frames. I have NEVER received such terrible customer service to the point that an employee is now harassing me after I asked him to stop calling and texting me. Oh let me not leave out that this is all after I heard this same employee in a shouting match with his father the owner when I dropped my frames off. The way he was arguing in the office, there is no surprise the unprofessionalism transfers over to the treatment of customers. As all the other recent reviews say, don't waste your time because they have terrible service and quality.

Great service if you need to extend the life of damaged glasses, but don't expect 100% recovery. I went in because my frames legs were pointing in different directions. They were able to mostly resolve the issues, admittedly it's not perfect because my wife had to pick them up since I couldn't drive to go get them myself, but they tell you if something doesn't fit right on the spot they can take them in again. Repair was less than I was expecting and overall condition is good, that said I will likely replace the glasses as soon as my insurance clears it.

Shoddy repair jobs, unprofessional customer service. Glass prescriptions not that accurate. It took them two tries to repair one set of frames, and I don't live close by. I also have vision that requires an actual optometrist to determine. I told them this, but No, the young man who waited on me knows everything and their "advanced technology" will do it perfectly. It did not. Worst prescription I ever had. Cheap Chinese frames broke after only two years. I called in to get a replacement frame, and was asked if I could "hold while I find a pencil to write down the model number". Waited on hold for 6 minutes, they never came back. Called in again and got the girl with the same song and dance about how she needed to put me on hold to find a pen. For real? I told her that I had been told this already, and asked "You don't keep a pen by the phone?"."No, and we are busy at the front." I asked "Should I call back later?" "Yes." Why didn't you just tell me that to begin with? Or - Wow, here's an idea: KEEP A PEN BY THE PHONE! And take a message or ask someone to help you or take down my number and call me back. How hard is this? I was nice and polite during the first appointment, but I'm never going here again and will find another place to order these frames from. So frustrating.

The receptionist was super kind! Although they closed at 3, since my repair was going to be quick enough they allowed me to stay and wait there a little after 3 so I wouldn’t have to come back on Monday. I have a trip planned in a few days so I’m so grateful that I didn’t have to panic when my frames got damaged! It was also very reasonably priced.

I was charged $54.00? to “solder” my the arms to my eyeglasses. Left my eyeglasses twice and both times the work was “horrible”. Rather than refund my money, they had the nerve to ask for $30.00 more to “order arms” they claim cost $70. POOR WORKMANSHIP. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Theee BEST customer service, quality repair, fast timing and reasonable prices!!! I drove here from Fairburn. It was worth every mile!!! I got 2 pair of designer glasses done in 30 minutes. One was a cracked lens repair and had prescription lens put in the other pair. Thank y'all so much. I'm telling everyone I know to come see y'all!!

I had crush my glasses by accident both sides came out I had to go to work I was running out of time and these guys are amazing from the girl up front very friendly I give him five stars if I can give him six I will I got out of there in an hour and my day went well after that they got my glasses fixed I would recommend anybody that has an emergency like I did ,go to I Will repair Express on clairmont road they did an job and I was out of there in time to have my lunch and make it to work in time same day that was amazing great work good quality and I was very surprised I don't do this anywhere that could do that that quick. Came here to have a pair of lenses inserted into a new pair of frames. They had me in and out in 15 minutes, they did a great job, my glasses fit and work great and I'll be going back there soon!

I came in for an eye exam last week and had a wonderful experience. The staff is not only very knowledgeable but they are all also out going and friendly. The doctor was great and my new prescription is fantastic. I got contacts and a pair of glasses and didn’t have to break the bank to do it. The prices were more than fair. Highly recommended.

An awful start to my Monday - I put my glasses on as I rolled out of bed. It felt weird and took me too long to realize the arm had broken off! I searched google maps for a good glasses repair place and this came up as the first result. After I had gotten through some meetings, I drove over to this place don't worry, I could still wear the glasses on my face, they were just loose and asked them what they could do about it. They needed minimal information from me, explained exactly how they would repair it and told me it would cost $10.77 and 15 minutes... For that price and level of service - I am impressed. My glasses aren't in the best condition but they restored it to its former glory very nicely! The receptionist was very polite and pleasant to deal with too. I will be returning should I ever need any work done with my glasses! Made my day a lot better, thank you!
