High turnover of employees. Manager is knowledgeable and sometimes helpful, but there is an older native guy who always makes me feel like I'm a problem. I don't recommend this shop.

Vicky at the NW Expressway/ May Location was the best! She was super friendly, helpful, and outgoing. Made my experience with you all so worth it. Will be back to see her again:

Stopped in at EZ Pawn on NW Expressway just a few minutes ago and was looking for a tv The friendly associate Ron helped us and even gave me a deal on the tv! Say What!! will definitely come back!! Appreciate the customer service and prompt service!

I came in and the manager Jay really helped me on pawning my ring. I was asking for a 100 and he actually told me I could get more than that. I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.
