Freedom Pawn

I have been into Freedom Pawn many times. Michael and his team have always provided outstanding customer service. If I did not live close to the store, I would probably drive halfway across the state to do my FFL transfers here.

They sold us a broken camera, while knowing damn well they sold it broken. The return policy they have does not allow 24 hours to emsure the product works, instead, it was stated that unless you purchase a warranty, you cqn not return the device for a refund.

I live about 30 minutes away and I will definitely drive here to come and buy or sell items. Honest and friendly staff.

He stole $150 from me. Sold me a broken window unit. Returned within hours. Supposedly issued a refund to my card and never got it.

I have been going to this pawnshop since it appearance here. The owner and staff has always been very good, reliable, honest, sympathetic to their customers. I have bought numerous things from here and sent many of my friends who have done the same, with receiving the same respect. In my honest opinion they have best honest prices in town. I wish them nothing but good prosperous lives and to the negative reviews left for them,"in much respect is wanted should be given." Don't come in rude & aggressive, and they shall not with you. If you bring in quality things then they will look at it. That is there lively hood, how they pay their family!!! If they were to take your junk that you got out your trash corner then they would not be able to take care of their family like you try to do for yours!! It is a business so treat it like that

I never had a bad experience at Freedom Pawn. The people there are helpful and kind. The pricing is fair as well. They even allowed an extension on a loan when I was at the end of my 60-day period which most other pawn shops are more strict with. I highly recommend this place.

Came in with a couple old cameras that were my grandparents - the man helping me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered my questions about products in the store, gave me an honest answer on my products. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get an offer since they were older products, but I knew going in they wouldn’t be worth much if anything at all. I appreciated the help and will definitely visit again if I need to sell anything! I appreciate the help!

Freedom Pawn is a top notch pawn store. I would recommend my family, friends and anyone who is looking for a great deal. The staff are very nice and helpful. I've been doing business with them since they open. And I appreciate the Veterans ownership, because I am a Veteran. My daughter ordered a lower receiver from primary arms and had it shipped to freedom pawn. You can't beat a 10.00 FFL transfer fee. The guy helping us out was super friendly and very professional. I won't be using anyone else but freedom for my FFL needs. Thank you guys.

If anything can go wrong with a online firearm purchase and shipment, I've experienced it. More than once. Freedom Pawn is the only part of these purchases and shipments that I know won't be a problem. The guys are always nice and easy going. They don't mind me calling to check about arrival, and I honestly don't know how they afford to do transfers for only $10. Anyways... I'm a big fan and will continue to exclusively use them for transfers. Thanks.
