Wish I could give this 0 stars. I purchased a unit and had all of my belongings ready to move into my space. I waited at the facility for 2 hours and no property manager was there so I had no access to my unit. After calling the number listed multiple times I was told that I should come back the next day. Well it is the next day and no return call from anyone and no one is there. Please understand all of these attempts have been made during normal business hours as the website states Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-5:00pm This is a huge inconvenience as I had to rent a truck and movers. This has been the worst experience and I would not recommend.

We are using this storage for almost a year, and we really like it. Always clean and safe.

This storage facility is spic n span clean. They have all the equipment you need to move your belongings in and out. Jim and John are friendly and very willing to provide suggestions for a single mom trying to move my son into school solo. I highly recommend this place of business!!

The worst rental experience at a storage unit. Moving out after one month. Plus there’s rats

Arrived at 3pm on a Wednesday. No one was there. Called around and waited over an hour. No one showed up. Came back 930 the next morning waited outside outside 10 minutes while the customer service representative did whatever it was he was doing. Then he finally opened the door asked how he could help me just to tell not ask me to wait some more. It's now 10am and I am still waiting. Can you say horrible customer service?

I have experienced a wonderful customer service at public storage today. Terrell not only was he helpful with the knowledge of the space but he also explained to me on how if I packed the storage unit a certain way I would have more space to work with. Terrell made my storage move a wonderful experience today. 5 star for Terrell.
