CubeSmart Self Storage

I love this storage unit they just added energy efficient lights so it’s much brighter in there. The ladies in the office are very helpful. And also the maintenance lady. She’s a doll so very helpful goes out her way to make sure that I was happy so do the office staff. And they’re adding heat and AC to every floor now this spot is so convenient I just love the storage unit. This is one of the best storage facilities that I have ever worked with. Had to apply the 1 star due to my experience at the Pleasant St. location. One of the elevators wasn't in service for close to 2 yrs. The floor that my unit is on had the AC out for a year or more without me being notified. THEY RECENTLY DOUBLED THE PRICE OF THE UNIT THAT I'M RENTING!!!!!! I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE PRICE GOUGING AT ALL. At this point and time it truly would be 0 stars in my rating

Convenient location, the staff is helpful and friendly. The building is kept clean, which is difficult to do. They are constantly making improvements to make the experience of coming here more pleasant. I would recommend CubeSmart, Pleasant St. to anyone looking for convenience and reasonable price.

While I have had many issues with the facility in terms of lighting, availability of dollies, rent increases, the local staff managing this space has been great. Ms. Azul-Rene went above and beyond to listen/address our issues and made sure we felt appreciated given some of our challenged we experienced...

I would like to thank the assistants that’s helped me move in early then my reservation and made me feel at home Really bad at remembering names. But the experience was great. I moved in on Oct. 1. And the attendants helped me move in with ease. Showed me to my unit and made sure I knew how to use my password to get to my unit. It was a pleasure just meeting smiling faces. And friendly service. One of the best experience since being here. I wish I could remember there names. Honestly I do. But when they see me they’ll know. This goes out to you ladies. Thanks for really make my move great. Even tho I was sad to have to move. You made it easy to process with just the little things you did to assist me. Special shout out to Azul. Rene and Jackie. I just had to come back and say thanks for always being kind and friendly. I really love my rental experience at this storage place. Just know y’all are the real MVPs. Keep up the great work y’all. Azul Rene was super helpful and accommodating in assisting us clear out our father's storage unit. The staff was always friendly and the facility was clean.

Great people that are there to help and answer any questions you may have. Willing to work with your situation and actually care about their customers. I would recommend anyone to use the storage facility as opposed to any other storage facility. A+++

I love the word of love. I love the performance of good service. I love the good experiences I have coming to this place and my customer needs are considered and met. I love coming in contact with good service and a person who provide the good service with great character. Azum Rene Jackie,one of the most simple and ezy person to deal with. Especially coming into the facility with the personal challenging energy I h ace in busy and hard days or soft days. But most of all on my difficult days coming into the office. She has wen very patient with a person as my self. She’s very calm and try to understand;by her actions, shows she cares for strangers. With her personality and uniqueness, has also encouraged me to have more relationship with the company. I’m telling you, I even recommend people to that place and let them know about a lady I have experienced will definitely look out for them because I have experienced great service by this one particular person who works there who name is Azul- Rene Jackie. Her genuineness stands out to me. And means a lot to me. Good women of integrity and purpose. It’s all love and good encounters encountering Rene when I come to this facility. All respect. That’s power in it self because I refer people to this place just because I know when they come across Rene Jackie they are tookin care of to the best of her help. When I go into this Cubesmart I know I’m good. As longs I pay my bills to this place I’m good. just because some one who shown me great service but also the others with my own bare eyes was a nice and helpfully genuine.. Thanks allot.
