I want to thank Denise and Wade for the wonderful service. The lease I had with U-Store was one of the greatest experiences ever. I'm so sorry I can't continue the lease, but since I have to give up my staging business I just didn't have a choice. The two of them went above and beyond and helped me with all my questions and concerns. A good example was when they found I hadn't locked my unit properly that same day - I could have lost all my inventory!! It just shows they care about their work and about their customers. I always felt I was in good hands, plus they've both been a joy to work with. Denise and Wade were always polite, correct, welcoming and happy. The pricing is very reasonable. I recommend this business!

The UStore staff is amazing. They are super friendly and helpful each and every day. Not many places except deliveries on your behalf and place them in your storage locker, such a benefit for me. Looking for a storage facility, call the UStore, you won't be disappointed.

The people who work here are among the most friendly, competent and helpful folks that I have dealt with in any business. This business has the most remarkable customer support. I rented two large units for 1 year as our house was being renovated. The units were exactly as advertised, and everything always worked...I never had problems getting in or out. I highly recommend this business.

The staff was very friendly and the process was fast and easy, the storage spaces are nice sizes and the location is accessible.

The unit was reasonably priced, and the employees were great. The front desk attendant was very helpful and kind, and the grounds worker helped me fix the light receptacle in my unit. I had a great experience overall.

I have been a customer at U-Tore on Russell Street in Baltimore for the past 12 years. The staff has been always courteous, respectful and resourceful. There is total peace of mind knowing my personal belongings are safe in this gated business. High security. The grounds are well lit and very clean. Five stars are the minimum...should be ranked as a 10 star business and facility. Jeanne'
