F.A.T.S. Service

We have Eddie's Auto in Seward, these guys are great, they're off of the main road so very easy to get to lots of parking. The guys will even take the parts to your car thank you very much guys we'll see you again many many times

We had both our cars serviced from them for a short time, a couple years maybe. They single handedly broke my headlight assembly where the bulb screws in and decided to literally glue it in place instead of telling us they broke it. It literally just hangs in there loose now, they never fixed it. The same socket they broke, they tried to charge us over 1000 to fix it. Luckily my father declined the "repair". These guys might as well be scammers at this point. The disrespect and unprofessionalism is intense with this one. They also sold my father the wrong sized tires, not only that, they are defective because of a bubble that's about to burst on the sidewall. He had to pay for a brand new tire just today after we noticed the issue of the size and defect. We had to find all this out way after we left them. I don't want them touching our vehicles ever again. I do not enjoy giving bad reviews and usually avoid doing so, but they definitely deserve it. This is not our first time getting screwed over or scammed by an auto shop. The other shop is called professional automotive, they are not good people and are highly vindictive. Moving on. He paid 2300 for their screw up. 1500 to replace both headlight assemblies and 800 for blizzak tires. This is my warning to you all. You cannot trust these guys. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. Don't let them screw you over, it's just a roll of the dice waiting to happen.

If you're like me you don't know much about cars. You probably also hate going in for service checks / repairs because you worry that the person on the other side of the counter is going to take you for all you're worth. Not here. Rick and the rest of the staff at F.A.T.S. Service treated me with respect, honesty, and understanding. They made my vehicle's issues make sense to my layman's brain and helped make the best choice for me. I will be bringing my business back here whenever I need future service.

F.A.T.S. is the FORTH Repair facility I took my Toyota Tundra 4X4 to for Repair. Problem ? No Taillights. Brakes, Signals, Reverse, everything else was fine Kendall Toyota the Toyota Dealership had the truck all day, a full 8hrs and couldn't find the problem. F.A.T.S. found and repaired the issue in ONE HOUR ! What was the problem. One Tail Light Bulb was not fitting properly, they replaced it, & License Plate Light caused a direct short. Rick runs the front of house and is amiable as well as knowledgeable. . Definitely go there 1st in the future.

That's was very professional efficient affordable and they let you know ahead of time what the cost would be if they know the price and if they don't they won't give you a quote they're very courteous and and I know know what they're talking about I would highly recommend that to anybody looking for car maintenance or car repair

Wonderful service for a fair price. I bring all my work here minus select specialty services. Not sure what that noise is? Unable to diagnose a systemic problem? Standard service work out of your scope? These guys will save your day and not Rob you doing it. Was referred here when Specialized was full and not taking on any more work. Expect a wait list, common wait times average around a week or two, depending on time of year. Cars serviced well in my experience here include our '02 Toyota Sequoia and '12 Subaru Outback with much different issues.

Rick is great!! Hands down the best shop for us. Last minute they had a cancelation and slid us right in. My sisters car is running great and she and I will continously be customers with them. Great job guys.

I was recommended to FATS by another mechanic shop and am very glad that I did. They are very professional and easy to talk to. I got my starter replaced on my VW here and the turn around time was fast. Yes they often have a lot of business but that’s simply because they do a good job. They’re simple people who do honest work. I’ll definitely go back for any other mechanic needs!

Reliable, no BS service. Customer service is great, and they give you a detailed run down of everything going on with your car so you aren't out of the loop when it comes to your vehicle. They are also very good at letting you know if they notice any other things wrong with your vehicle during the service.
