Price is average high. No negative feedback. They fixed my brake problem. I may have been upsold on replacing all my brake parts for $1800, but at least they'll be good for years. They also quoted me $550 to replace a power steering line which I did myself with a $50 part and 3 hrs labor - which lines up with shop rates I guess.
Had a cranking noise when i turn the wheel, Don said it was the cv axle making that noise then gave me a quote, called me next day saying the hub bearing?? cracked so they added more to my bill. Besides all the hard work and effort they put in on the truck, I still have that grinding noise when i turn the wheel. called back a couple days later to explain it still there, said to bring in next week to check, I already wasted a grand for not having that noise removed. Pretty sure they pick and choose who they REALLY wanna help. A $1,000 work when I could’ve just put more steering fluid and the sound would be gone for $10 bucks. Would’ve saved me A LOT of money. Even my coworker warned me, yet I fell for the name and it was the closest to my job. NEVER AGAIN! If I could give them no stars I would but I can’t lol shady companyService: Steering & suspension repair
I'd highly recommend avoiding this mechanic shop at all costs. I was charged $2,800 over a span of 3 visits to fix an oil leak and squeaking truck. Well, I still have an oil leak and my truck is still squeaking. AVOID!!!
Mike and the guys repaired my brakes same day even with no appointment. Excellent work and very reasonable prices.Service: Brakes
Friendly service. Went above and beyond to get our cars setup for Alaskas winter.
I would recommend this shop for your automotive repairs. Don was very helpful and honest with what needed to be repaired on my sons vehicle. He had to get his brakes taken care of. They even had a tow service that picked up his car and took it to their shop for the repairs to be completed. Awesome service.
Took my truck in originally thinking it was the brake shield from the that were coming from the front end. I was told it was the torn boot. Grease is leaking, etc. so it was replaced. Got the truck, and within a couple weeks, the noise was back. I took it back, and now im told its the brake shield. He said it got bent and full of snow pack, but its fixed. On the way home that night, nope, its still doing it, so lets try this again. He calls and said maybe its the wheel bearings. You would think when they replaced the boots and had that all open 2 days ago.... they would have noticed then... But I said go ahead and check. Calls next morning tells me the sound is gone, and it was the bearings. I barely get a mile away from their shop, and its not. Kind of feel like this last visit was a joke... Charged a little more than my quote, but whatever. I called a different shop that same day. He got the truck in & up on the rack, we checked out the work that was done here, and its clear it was done. I can tell the boots needed replaced with the oil that was all over underneath. But it was clear as day that it was the T-case that needed replaced. I'm sure we all have different experience's, but I would never go again.
Customer service and repair service is outstanding. Only place I go to have my truck serviced or repaired. Everything that was done to your vehicle is explained and all questions answered. Estimates are explained so an informed decision on the repair can be made.
